Today Subhash Chandra Bose Group of Institutions feels proud to be the follower of the path shown by the founders-the real source of inspiration, who had opened an educational institute in 1965 , with the vision ‘Quality Education for masses’. We feel proud to have completed 50 years of imparting education as Subhash Chandra Bose Group of Institutions.It was the founder Late Sri Lal Singh who first saw this dream and laid down his life to make it true.He passionately sacrificed his life to eradicate illiteracy by establishing a primary school in 1965 and gradually this establishment progressed from drops in an ocean to ultimately shaping ideas for the social and mental upliftment of the society. The salient part of our retrospect is that it’s not a struggle of a strong or an extraordinary person but an endeavour of a very ordinary man. A man who trusted his dreams , a man whose only strength was his commitment towards society and mankind. These are the principles from which this institution derives its strength till date.
A JOURNEY SINCE 1965 SUBHASH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY
1965 Shishu samaj Shiksha Kendra( Terwa Dahigawan) was founded by Late Smt Sarla Singh
1965 Subhash Inter college (Terwa Dahigawan,Hardoi) -U.P. Board was founded by Late Sri Lal Singh.
1975 Subhash Inter college Jalihapur- U.P. board was founded by Late Sri Lal Singh.
1999 Subhash Chandra Bose degree college was founded by Late Sri Lal Singh at Kahli Terwa Gausganj,Hardoi.with introducing B.A.(affiliated with Kanpur university).
2005 Shubhsh Chandra Bose degree college with the added course of B.Ed Kanpur university. It is also recognised by UGC Act under 2(f) of the UGC act of 1956.
2006 Shubhsh Chandra Bose degree college progressed with the new course D.El.Ed.( BTC) recognised by NCTE .
2006 By introducing M.A. (sociology and Education) Subhash Chandra Bose degree college became Post Graduate degree college .
2008 accredited with a ‘B’ Grade by NAAC in 2008..
2009 Medhavi 40 the very first Educational centre was established at Terwa introducing class 1.
2010 Additional 100 more seats were allo..ed for B.Ed course at SCB PG COLLEGE HARDOI Affiliation of D.El.Ed (BTC) course from SCERT U.P. After a grand success of Medhavi 40 the TERWA centre was further built to run class 1 and 2
2011 The result of Students (MEDHAVIANS) was recognized by one and all and 5 more Centres of Medhavi 40 were opened at Behsar, Berya. Kakra khera ,Kaloli, chibramau& Matyamau.
2012 Subhash Chandra Bose Law College was established at Kahli Hardoi .
2012 Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Education was established at IIM road Prabandh nagar Lucknow (affiliated with Lucknow University) with B.com . Establishment of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) at Kahli Terwa Hardoi.
2013 Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Education IIM road Prabandh nagar Lucknow added new course B.Sc. in Zoology Botany Chemistry(ZBC)& Physics Chemistry and Maths.(PCM)
2014 Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Education Lucknow added another new course D.El.Ed (BTC) recognised by NCTE .
2014 The Institute is recognised by the Lucknow University to open National Service Scheme (NSS) for hundered students studying at Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Education LKO.
2014 Subhash Chandra Bose PG college added a new course B.Sc Agriculture at Kahli Terwa Hardoi.
2014 Establishment of an absolute English medium school Patashala the Global School at Kahli Terwa Hardoi.
2014 Establishment of an on line Examination Centre in collaboration with TCS at Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Higher Education IIM Road Lucknow with the set up of 150 computers
2015 Additional 50 more seats of D.El.Ed. (BTC) are allowed to SCBPG College Kahli Hardoi.
2016 Subhash Chandra Bose PG College added M.Sc Agriculture at Kahli Terwa, Gausganj, Hardoi.
2018 Subhash Chandra Bose College of Pharmacy added D.Pharma at Kahli Terwa, Gausganj, Hardoi.
SUBHASH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY
The establishment of Subhash Educational society (SES) was an endeavour of the founder of the society, Late Sri Lal Singh, an extra ordinary but strong rural Educationist. His struggle to eradicate illiteracy started with the establishment of a primary school in 1965, with a vision Quality Education for masses. Gradually the establishment progressed and culminated into formation of Subhash Educational society in 1999.
After the establishment of a primary school, at the village Behsar in Hardoi in 1965A.D., the founder principal Mr. Lal Singh established Subhash Inter College(Terwa) and Subhash Inter College (Jalihapur).Moreover in the field of higher Education, to give a new dimension of educational activities, he laid the foundation of Subhash Chandra Bose degree college in 1999 A.D. which is enjoying the status of Post Graduate degree college ‘where B.A. B.Sc, B.Sc Agriculture M.A. in two subjects Sociology and Education courses are being run. Another milestone was achieved on the opening of B.Ed. department in 2005 which is affiliated to C.S.J.M University, Kanpur and is located in rural and backward area of Hardoi , Uttar Pradesh. It is also recognised by UGC Act under 2(f) of the UGC act of 1956.The society is also recognised by NCTE to run BTC programs well. It is counted among one of the quality education Institutions in higher Education domain.
The college has institutionalized the quality concern in the form of establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance cell. Excellence has always been an aggregate of the healthy practices followed in multidimensional areas of the institutional performance. The college has an honour of being accredited with a ‘B’ Grade by NAAC in 2008..As per the NAAC guidelines, the IQAC has been reformulated and now it functions as a facilitative unit for ushering in quality and its sustenance by working on participative approaches . Agriculture is opened in 2014 in SCB PG college in Hardoi to create good opportunities for rural Youth and it is running successfully under the meticulous observance and guidance of highly qualified Faculty. Following the vocational need of the community Subhash Chandra Bose Industrial Training Institute was opened in MALLAWAN Hardoi and Subhash Chandra Bose Law College in Kahli Terwa Hardoi.
All the Institutions of SES have certain common distinct features i.e.to emphasise consistently diverse successful attempts like regular assemblies, community service and spreading literacy in remote villages, Annual Educational Surveys NSS, National and International Seminars ,DST’s Inspire th th Internship Program for 11 and 12 students of science stream, Inter school and Inner College Sports and Cultural Competitions etc.
The students of BTC and B.Ed are trained and inspired to sensitize the highly backward area as the mission of the SES is Quality Education to masses.. The follow up sessions are also conducted by the students for the successful completion of the projects and awareness campaigning.
